ADSL - always on                                                                    
All prices are VAT incl., and are payable in advance, and cover the Internet service & the ADSL connection. We offer superior connectivity and performance with our ADSL "all-ways on " service, supplied on a best effort basis using shared bandwidth. Each subscription comes with up to 4 free email accounts using @kemmunet.net.mt

Best performance for ADSL - Pentium 3 or 4 Pc will have to be used. *The ADSL speed designation reflects the bandwidth provisioned at the ADSL port on an "up-to-speed" basis and does not guarantee that this maximum throughput speed will be physically attained by the service in practice.

We will apply on your behalf to DataStream (GO)  for the supply of ADSL to your premises. We are certified ADSL installers, and as such we will be doing the installation work required. To change your telephone line over to ADSL, DataStream (GO) will normally take between 4 to 8 working days. Pc to be no more than 2 metres away from the telephone wall socket point. Phone lines connected to burglar alarms are not suitable. In cases where your sole telephony line is also a burglar alarm call-out line, your burglar alarm specialist will need to contact GO plc and obtain and install a centralised filter before we can provide your Internet connection.

Email back up service - offered to any company with own domain name

Presently your emails are delivered via your ISP's spam filter server. However your domain name has no backup MX records to accept your emails, and thus in case of an outage to the ISP's spam server the emails are lost. With Kemmunet's 'Backup MX 'service your emails will be stored onto the backup mail server for upto 10 days, enough time for your ISP's problem to be resolved.

Backup MX service is for when you are running a mail server and you want to ensure that no emails are lost during unexpected downtime. Almost nothing is more embarrassing than losing or bouncing mail , and Kemmunet's Backup MX prevents that scenario.

For ADSL service there are one-off set-up charges involved - payable to Kemmunet Ltd before day of installation.

• Installation by Kemmunet Technician on 1 Pc  € 34 for the first hour, or part thereof.  € 18.64 for the second hour or part thereof.

   ADSL Terms & Conditions

1.Kemmunet ADSL subscriptions are payable in advance on commissioning .
2. Any set up fees are payable before the day of installation, or on the day of installation .
3. If payment does not reach Kemmunet by the due date then suspension will occur automatically, unless agreed differently by prior agreement.
4. Disconnections or changes to the agreed service contract can only occur at the anniversary date of the contract between Kemmunet and the client.
